• Ready-to-Wear Items: Delivered within 3 business days.

• Custom Orders: Please allow 3–4 weeks for tailoring and delivery.

2. International Shipping

• Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and the courier service selected.

• Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed during business hours (Sunday–Thursday).

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
